Autumn Food and Drink Fair at Llys-y-frân – 22nd October 2022

Following a hugely successful Christmas Fair in 2021 and Spring Fair earlier this year, Llys-y-frân are now planning to hold several fairs throughout the year, with the next one planned for Saturday 22^nd October. This inaugural food and drink fair will showcase an impressive assortment of local producers from the Pembrokeshire area. Bringing together delicious cake, fudge, cheese, spirits, cider, preserves and beach food. Visitors can stroll around the Visitor Centre where twenty stalls will be displaying their products from 10am – 4pm.

7 Sins will be bringing along their devilishly indulgent local home baked brownies, rocky road, and millionaire’s shortbread, all baked using local produce. The Fudge Foundry from Neyland produce exquisite handcrafted, Belgian chocolate fudge in a range of unique artisan flavours. With a Great Taste Award 2022 for their chocolate orange fudge, tasting is a must!

Seaweed products developed and used at Café Mor in Pembroke became so popular that owner Jonathan started a small deli range, which soon became ‘The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company’.  Jonathan will be bringing a range of seaweed-based products to the Autumn Fair including ‘Welshman’s Caviar’!

Teifi Cheese is located on an organic family farm in Ceredigion where they make award-winning artisan cheeses from the finest, locally sourced organic raw milk. Visit their stall and discover a variety of delicious cheese and spirits.

Pembrokeshire’s first ever gin distillery ‘Cinnamon Grove Gin’ is based on a farm just a short distance from Llys-y-frân in Haverfordwest. This handcrafted London dry premium gin is available in six different flavours including cucumber and mint, orange and pepper.

Lakeside Café will be open throughout the day serving a delicious lunch menu along with refreshments. Enjoy artisan hot drinks and delicious cakes, overlooking the lake. Over the past year the gift shop within the visitor centre has been growing, now with a great selection of crafts, local food produce, toys, clothing and accessories.
