Brand-new showhomes now open at popular Newport development
Leading partnerships developer Lovell Homes has successfully launched its brand-new showhomes at its popular Royal Victoria Court development in Newport.
Royal Victoria Court, located off Cardiff Road on the site of the former Whiteheads steelworks, will consist of a stunning range of two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments, suitable for first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers alike.
The launch event took place on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th November, and saw local property seekers tour the development’s three showhomes, a three-bedroom Lambourne, a four-bedroom Redbourne and a three-bedroom, two and a half storey Osbourne, as well as a two-bedroom show apartment.
Over the weekend, attendees were also able to speak with an Independent Mortgage Advisor from ABP Mortgages to receive free mortgage advice.
Homebuyers can now book an appointment to meet with the sales team seven days of the week, visit Royal Victoria Court to look around the showhomes, and find out more about the properties available to purchase, which are in high demand.
Julie Bowen, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We were thrilled to host this event for Newport property seekers, and are very proud to have unveiled our fantastic showhomes. We were overwhelmed by the huge number of prospective homebuyers and buyers waiting to move into their new homes.
“There really is something for everyone at Royal Victoria Court. Our Lambourne showhome is a contemporary and modern property, decorated with monochrome interiors. In contrast, the Redbourne is a much more traditional family home, with softer décor in warm, copper tones, and our Osbourne showhome features a wonderful dog-themed children’s bedroom.
“The development has proven exceptionally popular and the homes are in incredibly high demand. We now only have one two-bedroom apartment available that’s ready to move into for Christmas! There are a range of new houses and apartments available for 2023, so we would encourage anyone who is interested in starting a life at Royal Victoria Court to get in touch without delay.”
Situated in the desirable city of Newport, just one mile away from the city centre, Royal Victoria Court offers all the perks of city living, whilst only being a stone’s throw away from the impressive Victorian Belle Vue Park and a short drive from the beautiful Welsh countryside.
An abundance of supermarkets, pubs, cafes, shops, cinemas and theatres, primary and secondary schools, a medical centre and Royal Gwent Hospital are all nearby, as well as the Friars Walk Shopping Centre.
Newport Train Station is only a five-minute drive away, and Cardiff and Chepstow are both only a half an hour drive away. Bristol is just 30 miles away, offering an easy commute with excellent road, rail and bus transport links.
Royal Victoria Court is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Tirion Homes and with support from Welsh Government. The development will consist of 528 properties, including 264 open market sale homes and 234 affordable homes for rent with Tirion Homes, alongside an additional 30 properties for low-cost home ownership through Melin Homes.
This year, Lovell Homes achieved a five-star rating with the Home Builders Federation and gold for customer service with In-house Research, meaning an impressive 98 per cent of customers in the South Wales and South West would recommend Lovell to family and friends.
