- Searches for Nintendo Switch Black Friday deals have skyrocketed by 9900% since the beginning of November.
- It is followed by a 7500% jump in searches for Microsoft’s Xbox Black Friday Deals.
- PS5 is in third place – 5300% jump in searches.
According to research conducted by Gembyte.com, which analysed Google Trends data, Nintendo Switch is the most sought-after game console for this year’s Black Friday deals.
Offering Nintendo’s classic titles like Super Mario World and its steady flow of new and exclusive titles, it comes as no surprise that even after six years on the market, Nintendo Switch is the most popular gaming console across the UK.
Somewhat surprisingly, Microsoft’s 2001 endeavour into the gaming console world comes second. Xbox provides quite a realistic gaming experience, especially when paired with a quality OLED TV, and it beats PS5, which is in third place.
According to some, PS5 is simply not a worthy upgrade to the PS4, and many users have complaints, like the size of the console, the noisy fan, and the requirement of state of the art TV tech to get the full benefits.
