Quiet quitting” is not a new term now that we’re in 2023, and yet we are still missing the point of what is causing this. It’s not that people don’t want to work, it’s that peoples’ needs are not being met at the jobs that they have, causing them to lose motivation and in some cases leave all together. This tech company saw this mark being missed and is using artificial intelligence (AI) to measure employee happiness to improve management training and the employee experience, here’s how.

AI tech and development company, Iterate.ai, has introduced an AI software called Interplay that can be adapted by HR teams, that uses predictive analytics to take variables such as: employee’s working history, age, gender, etc., to predict when an employee’s drive and contentment with the organization is starting to fade. Giving managers and other decision makers at the company to step in and improve the situation.

“The data was always there, you just needed to have the right tools to see what it meant. Traditionally, the contributing factors for these kinds of predictions were too varied and complex for standard regression analysis. However, now with advanced AI engines, we can now make predictive analyses with a high degree of confidence, allowing you to step in all before the office environment turns south or a crisis occurs,” says CTO and Co-Founder Brian Sathianathan.

Iterate.ai is a developer of AI-powered low-code software intended to accelerate innovation projects within large enterprises. They have deployed at scale with several global enterprises, such as Circle-K, Pampered Chef, Ulta Beauty, Driven Brands, Jockey, and others.
