Team at Larch Wood Farm pub reveals extraordinary floral food creation complete with cauliflower florets, Yorkshire puddings and roast beef

To mark this year’s Mother’s Day celebrations, Farmhouse Inns is giving one lucky mum the chance to win £1,000 cash and a year’s worth of free flowers

Farmhouse Inns has created an enormous bouquet of flowers from carvery ingredients including cauliflower florets, Yorkshire pudding and slices of roast beef to celebrate Mother’s Day.

The floral creation kicks off the pub chain’s annual celebrations in style – and has been touted as the ultimate gift for all carvery-loving mums.

Brilliant pictures show the bouquet adorned with a mouth-watering array of roast dinner staples, including parsnips, red cabbage, cauliflower cheese and stuffing.

Beaming mum, Joanne Stratford, known affectionately as the Larch Wood Farm’s ‘mum of the pub’, was the lucky recipient of the unique gift, and can be seen cherishing the unique arrangement in the photos.

To celebrate Mother’s Day, Farmhouse Inns has partnered with online florist, Prestige Flowers, to give one lucky mum the chance to win an entire year’s supply of flowers, plus £1,000 cash.

Launching today, Brits need to enter by Friday 31st March to be in with a chance of winning the prize. The winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted by Friday 14th April.

To enter, simply head to the Farmhouse Inns website here and fill in the online form.

The carvery bouquet was expertly crafted by renowned food artist Nathan Wyburn, who has personally created pieces for Prince William and Kate Middleton, King Charles and Mariah Carey.

The 33-year-old, who shot to fame on Britain’s Got Talent, expertly crafted the ingredients into petals, stalks and rosebuds, before building it into a showstopping floral arrangement.

Joanne Stratford, said: “As a lover of both carvery and flowers, this really is the perfect Mother’s Day gift.”

Holly Brooks, Senior Marketing Manager at Farmhouse Inns added: “Carvery is the ultimate Mother’s Day meal and mums love nothing more on the big day than getting a bouquet of beautiful flowers, so why not combine the two with a fantastic floral food creation?

“We can’t wait to welcome families into our pubs to celebrate Mother’s Day this year, but don’t worry, our carveries will be served on to plates – not edible bouquets!

“Not only are we offering the chance to win £1,000 cash and a year’s supply of flowers, courtesy of Prestige Flowers, we’ll also be serving up our new raspberry lemonade cake for a limited time only.”

The competition closes at 12:00 on Friday 31st March. To enter and for full terms and conditions, please visit go to the Farmhouse Inns website here
