Dear Editor,
I wonder if one of your many thousands of erudite readers would contact Climate Change Minister Julie James, who is from Swansea, and point out to her that UK Wind Energy…….from thousands of wind turbines on both land and sea ….could only generate 1 gigawatt [GW] , or a thousand megawatts, at 3.19pm on Sunday March 19th? The clear, irrefutable evidence is on Gridwatch.co.uk !
Now, Ms James is a qualified barrister ! Therefore, she should be an expert in accepting and digesting rock-solid evidence and acting on it !!
That being so, I wonder if she would be so kind as to explain to your readers what she hopes to achieve by plastering Wales in hundreds more wind generators up to 820 feet in height as shown on “Datamap Wales, pre-assessed wind energy areas” ?
The 2022 wind energy graph resembles that of a yo-yo ….so how can wind energy possibly power the UK?? How much more evidence does she need?
Yours faithfully,
L J Jenkins,

Gwbert,
