Two goals in the first ten minutes of this game caught Rangers cold and a third in the 22nd minute made Rangers task of getting something from this game more of an uphill struggle.

For the record Tom Randall opened the scoring after five minutes when he latched onto a loose ball in the Rangers eighteen yards box and volleyed the ball into the roof of the Rangers goal. Jordan Evans Baglan’s robust number nine added a second goal four minutes later and got his brace in the twenty second minute with a tap in from close range.

The score line was a little harsh on Rangers as they passed the ball around with captain Chris Allen leading the way with some deft touches.

Rangers team fielded a mix of experience and youth due to suspensions and injuries but were very competitive and the youngsters showed up well and were not overawed by their opponents.

Three nil at half time and all to do in the second half for Rangers.i

Rangers virtually dominated possession in the second half and if you were a neutral you would have wondered who were the home side.

Baglan with a comfortable cushion of a lead were in control at the back and thwarted Rangers attempts to get near their goal.

Baglan were restricted to a couple of half chances but the second half ended in a stalemate with Baglan taking the league points with their first half endeavours.
