The Urdd National Eisteddfod, which attracts around 100,000 visitors and 75,000 competitors annually, will be held this year in Llanymddyfri between 29 May and 3 June 2023.
We would like to invite you to the Urdd National Eisteddfod in Carmarthenshire to experience Europe’s largest touring youth festival and hear more about the Urdd. Throughout the week the Urdd will be announcing various stories daily and sharing information of competitions and Urdd activities on the Eisteddfod site.
There will be an allocated press room available for press and media throughout the week, with wi-fi access, live feed of competitions and Urdd Staff available to assist with any press enquires or interviews. A daily press conference will be held at 10am (except for Saturday 3rd June).
Gŵyl Triban Festival – 2-3 June – www.urdd.cymru/triban
A festival within the Urdd Eisteddfod Festival – 2 live performance stages, over 2 days on 2-3 June. Triban Festival will be a celebration of the best Welsh music and culture; from pop to rock, folk and everything in between. More information and line-up to be announced next week.
