Eurovision 2023 – These are 2023’s most streamed entry songs

With the Eurovision song contest being hosted in Liverpool this year (the first time ever in the UK), anticipation is building for Brits to experience the iconic competition on home soil. So, with two weeks to go, which of this year’s song entries are currently generating the most streaming traction?

To find out just this, holiday letting agents The Big Domain analysed Spotify data to reveal which of this year’s entry songs are receiving the most love on Spotify before the big event. ¹

Clocking in over 44 million streams, going into this year’s competition, the top performing song was revealed as Italy’s entrant Marco Mengoni with his song Due Vite. After winning the Italian X Factor in 2009, he’s topped the Italian charts seven times with 29 top 40 singles. With such a large Italian following, will his ballads capture the hearts of international viewers?

 Eurovision fans will be no stranger to 2012 vision Loreen who is representing Sweden for the second time at this year’s contest. Her entry song for this year ‘Tattoo’ has pulled in over 42 million streams ahead of the contest.

The UK’s entrant Mae Muller clocks in with 5,976,713 for her infectious dance track I Wrote A Song. If pre-contest streaming figures are anything to go by, Mae Muller has a good chance of winning the votes of audiences across the world!
