Caerphilly County Borough Council has now sent out occupation contracts to everyone who has held their tenancy with Caerphilly Homes since prior to the implementation of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act on 1 December 2022.
Council contract holders who have not received their contract or would prefer the document in a different language or format are asked to contact their local housing office on 01443 873535 or email rentinghomes@caerphilly.gov.uk. They can also text the word ‘contract’ to 07919 627530 and the Council will return the call.
