Join us at Carmarthen Park Velodrome on Friday, May 19th 2023, from 9:30am.
As part of training for ‘The Big Challenge’ that will take place on 5th June 2023, members of Mid and West Fire and Rescue Service Big Challenge team will be riding 100 miles around Carmarthen velodrome and would like to invite individuals to join them in the challenge!
You can come along to cheer them on or take part, for as many laps as you want. All you will need to take part is a serviceable bike and helmet.
The team’s ultimate goal is to raise as much money as possible for three charities close to their hearts:
- The Firefighters Charity The Fire Fighters Charity – Changing The Lives Of Our Fire Fighting Heroes!
- Cerebral Palsy Cymru Cerebral Palsy Cymru
- 2 Wish 2wish Support for those affected by death in young people
