May 2023: While tea and biscuits are at the very heart of British culture, the much-loved pastime can often be quite a controversial topic. Whether it’s a debate around what tea bags you use, what biscuits you dunk, or the order in which you make your tea, it’s almost certain to spark a debate.

With this in mind, new research by TopRatedCasinos surveyed the UK public to determine the nation’s favourite tea and biscuit brands, and to find out once and for all what the correct way is to make your tea. Alongside this, the team also conducted an experiment to find out which of Britain’s most popular biscuits is the most dunkable.

Jaffa Cakes crowned the most dunkable biscuits, allowing for 116 total dunks

With 116 dunks, and a total time of 3 minutes and 16 seconds before it broke apart, the Jaffa Cake was crowned the ultimate dunkable biscuit. However, this could be a deciding factor for the on-going debate around whether Jaffa Cakes are a biscuit or a cake.

However, the plain Digestive came out as the least dunkable biscuit, withstanding only 6 dunks. Despite this, the nation actually chose it as their favourite biscuit to dunk, with 26% of the vote.
