Look at the UK National Grid today Friday 16-6-23 at 9am for sources of our Electric.
Today at 9am WIND POWER was only 2% – which equalled the 2% for residual coal power !!!!!
Solar was obviously creeping up from its pre dawn zero. What’s running the country?
The main source when I just looked was overwhelmingly GAS (Carbon) with Nuclear second as a core.
How does this fit with the nonsensical Energy Policies of Wales Government led by Welsh Labour and its little partner Plaid Cymru? If a Wind Turbine near you is turning today, it is probably being ‘reverse powered up’ to avoid the resting heavy blades causing “flats” on the central shaft bearings – a serious engineering issue not spoken about or written about by journalists.
