About the author:
Jonathan Williams is a serial food/drink entrepreneur, having established several
successful businesses, including The Pembrokeshire Beach Food Company and Barti Ddu Rum – he has even exported seaweed to Japan, Sweden, Africa and Germany. Jonathan also runs The Old Point House, located in Angle Bay, West Wales, selling locally landed, freshly cooked dishes. Jonathan is one of a handful of people in Wales granted a license by Natural Resources Wales to forage for seaweed, and in 2011 and 2014 he was recognised as the Best Street Food provider in the UK.
