If you own a business that specialises in property works, Carmarthenshire County Council would like to speak to you.
The Council is commissioning a new Property Works Framework to provide property, maintenance, adaptations, building improvements and other associated works required for the delivery of housing and non-housing property works.
This July and August, the Council will be hosting drop-in engagement sessions to promote and raise awareness of the opportunities available as part of this new framework. These sessions will be held throughout the County for businesses who may be interested in working for the Authority.
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Homes, Cllr Linda Evans said: “Supporting the local economy is core to the activities of the Council therefore we would like to encourage as many Carmarthenshire based businesses as possible to apply for this framework”.
