Methodology:
The ranking of the most popular beaches was first created using Google Maps by searching for the beaches with the highest ratings and at least 500 reviews. Then, these beaches were ranked by average rating and number of comments to create an initial ranking. Then the Instagram posts and TikTok video views were counted based on the usage of the beach’s name as a hashtag. In cases where the name of the beach contains special characters, the full name or the most frequently used name was used.
