CETMA are pleased to announce that they have been successful in receiving funding from The National Grid’s Community Matters Fund – Fuel Poverty 2023.

This winter, CETMA will be working with local organisations & the community to provide:

  • vulnerable households with energy efficiency information,
  • Creating warm banks in Kidwelly, Llanelli and Swansea
  • Distributing warm packs

The project will run in West Wales, and cover the areas of Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Carmarthenshire.

In addition to this, we will also attend suitable community gatherings such as coffee mornings with energy efficiency information and speak to the participants.

CETMA Managing Director, Jonathan Williams said:

“Anyone will be able to call into one of our centres to get a warm welcome, a hot drink and something to eat. Once there, we can provide them with additional support should they need it.”

“I like to thank the National Grid and their Community Matters Fund – Fuel Poverty 2023 for providing us with the funds to help the community.”
