UPDATE | We have a new image of Andrew, known as Andy, who was reported missing from Llanelli on January 24th.
Andrew is seen wearing light trousers, dark shoes and a grey/black raincoat. The image is from a hotel near Paddington Station, London on Friday, 19th January. Andrew is believed to have left the hotel and boarded a train on the H&C Line in Paddington underground between 8:30am and 9:30am.
