Llanelli’s Ffwrnes Theatre welcomes Jack Philp Dance this month as their brand-new contemporary work, Into the Novacene takes to the stage on Tuesday 27th February at 7:30pm, kicking off their UK tour.

Into the Novacene is a visually striking, fast paced new contemporary dance work about the beginnings of a new age and of a new world. Created with a cast of six performers and inspired by research and literature written by engineer and scientist, James Lovelock, the piece is set against a backdrop of co-existence between nature, humanity, and digital technology.

Jack Philp Dance is a contemporary dance company creating physical dance work with collaboration at its core. The company combines choreography with science, technology, and research to investigate how dance can bring thinking, ideas, and people closer together.
