Calling all golfers! You can show your support for the Prince Philip Hospital Gardens Appeal this spring by taking part in a fun charity golf day.
The Estates Compliance Team at Prince Philip Hospital has organised a charity golf day in aid of the Appeal. The event takes place at Glynhir Golf Club in Llandybie on 10th May 2024.
Entry is £200 for a four-person team which also includes a bacon roll and coffee on arrival and a one-course meal.
The golf day will be played in stableford format, and teams will be in with a chance of winning some fantastic prizes!
James Smart, a CAD Technician in the Estates Compliance Team, said: “Following the success of last year’s charity event, where 55 supporters chipped in an impressive £2,775, our golf day returns this year for another round to support Hywel Dda Health Charities.
“This year we are delighted to be raising money for the Gardens Appeal which aims to create new therapeutic garden spaces with access for even the frailest of patients to support their mental and physical well-being.
“Through collective efforts, we aim to build upon last year’s event and provide the much-needed funding for the Appeal.”
