Police are attending a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred at about 2.50am, this morning (Thursday, 29th February)
A car has collided with the traffic lights on the A48 at Pensarn roundabout, Carmarthen.
The A48 from Nantycaws to Carmarthen is closed and the surrounding roads are very congested.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area while investigations continue.
