Tourism Ireland worked with Belfast-based crafter Mary Callan – the creator of Ma Mary’s famous Ulster fry ‘jazzy jumper’ in the hit comedy Derry Girls – to create a bespoke one-of-a-kind scarf for Paddington to wear this weekend, featuring Irish motifs such as waves from the Wild Atlantic Way, shamrocks, and – of course – his favourite marmalade sandwiches and a mug of cocoa. It’s all to celebrate St Patrick’s Day this Sunday, March 17th.
