Leading developer Lovell has been awarded the prestigious In-house Gold Award for the fourth year in a row, in recognition of the outstanding customer service delivered throughout its South Wales and West region.

Wholly independent and based purely on customer feedback, the In-house Award recognises the committed approach to customer service and consistently high building standards Lovell delivers. Between 1st January and 31st December 2023, every Lovell customer was given the chance to complete the survey, giving them a fair and equal opportunity to provide feedback on their experience of buying a new Lovell home.

The Gold Award is given to housebuilders who achieve a 90% customer recommendation rate, which Lovell exceeded by receiving 93.6%, meaning the vast majority of customers surveyed would recommend Lovell.

Tom Weston, CEO of In-house Research Ltd stated, “We are delighted to recognise and celebrate the exemplary performance of Lovell in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This award underscores their commitment to providing unparalleled service and quality homes, making a positive impact on the lives of new homeowners.

“Buying a new home is a significant milestone in our lives, and with that comes excitement, fear, joy, and anxiety. These emotions can make the process particularly difficult and frustrating, so the onus lies with housebuilders to make the process smooth, enjoyable and as stress free as possible. Buying a new home should be an exciting and enjoyable experience, influenced by the fact that it’s the biggest investment we make in our lives. This Award recognises the lengths that Lovell goes to, to support their customers and ensure their absolute satisfaction with their new home.”

James Duffett, regional managing director at Lovell, said: “We at Lovell are absolutely delighted to have received the In-house Gold Award for a fourth time. The experience of our customers is of the upmost importance to us and every decision we make is with them in mind, so it is incredibly rewarding to know that we consistently deliver a high quality service.

“I would like to thank all of our staff who contributed to this achievement with their hard work and high standards. We look forward to having many more happy customers going forward.”
