Don’t let unpredictable weather put a dampener on your summer holidays. Llys-y-frân lakes, just ten miles north of Haverfordwest, is your all-weather playground, offering a variety of activities to keep you entertained throughout the summer holidays.
Get out on the water…
A little rain won’t stop the adventure! We’ve pulled out all the stops with some fantastic RYA (Royal Yachting Association) accredited sailing and powerboat courses, paddling and sailing sessions, and Llys-y-frân Falcons Summer Club.
As demand has been so high, Llys-y-frân has introduced a Falcon Adventure Days programme. These jam-packed activity days runs from 10am until 4pm over three days and includes water and land based activities including sailing, paddling, climbing and mountain biking. All for just £100 per child!
As a RYA accredited training centre, Llys-y-frân offers RYA Youth Sailing Scheme Stages 1 & 2, and RYA Powerboat Level 1, throughout July and August. These courses offer a safe environment for youngsters to learn, with the guidance of experienced instructors.
Our youth adventure paddle and sailing sessions offer children a lot of fun and an opportunity to make new friends and learn how to paddle or sail. At just £20 for 2 hours, these affordable sessions are the perfect way to introduce your child to the joys of paddling and sailing!
On dry land…
Llys-y-frân isn’t just about water adventures, we have a whole range of exciting land activities to keep the whole family entertained for the day. Challenge your inner Robin Hood and master the art of archery or unleash your inner lumberjack with thrilling axe throwing sessions. Scale new heights and conquer our climbing wall or go wild with our Crazi-Bugz, six-wheeled off-road buggies. Explore the scenic trails on two wheels with our mountain bike hire and have a go on the pump track to test your bike skills.
Thrown into the summer mix is the annual Play Day hosted in conjunction with Pembrokeshire Council. This fun filled day on Wednesday 7th August offers a FREE day of bouncy castles, storytelling, games, messy play, bug hunts and face painting. Parking is just £3 for the day.
