Carmarthenshire County Council has enlisted commercial property agents BP2 and Savills to market the opportunities for businesses and organisations to lease space within the first stage of the Pentre Awel project. Formally named, ‘Zone 1’, Canolfan is the centre piece of the project and is targeting organisations of all sizes to take advantage of the new Grade A office and co-working spaces at Llanelli’s new multimillion pound development.
Carmarthenshire County Council have worked closely with BP2, a Swansea based advisory and lease expert group, alongside the Cardiff office of Savills, international real estate services providers, to create a bespoke marketing strategy. This partnership aims to leverage the extensive market knowledge and expertise of both BP2 and Savills to attract potential tenants to Canolfan.
This announcement coincides with the launch of a detailed marketing brochure that brings Canolfan to life, detailing the innovative, flexible and unique office spaces for organisations to let and expand. Canolfan is not just about space – it’s about creating a workplace that’s customised to your needs. The unique offices are designed for productivity, offering an environment that’s both inspiring and efficient. Canolfon will also incorporate a a state-of-the-art new leisure centre including swimming pools, sports hall, gym and café which will be available for use by companies committing to space in Canolfan.
Canolfan will provide education, research and business development spaces, partnering with Hywel Dda University Health Board, Swansea University, Actif Sport and Leisure, and other further and higher education providers.
