Graffeg are to publish three Welsh-language books as part of the Reading Well Scheme with The Reading Agency and Books Council Wales which aims to support people to understand and manage a range of conditions including dementia and a range of mental health conditions with reading. These books chosen to be part of the scheme are all recommended by health experts as well as people with lived experience of dementia, their relatives and carers and provide reliable information, advice and support for those with dementia as well as a range of personal stories from people who either have dementia or cared for someone with dementia.
